I'm having so much trouble with Satin Ice navy fondant. It's super soft and rips and tears so easily. It's not like other color. I can barely get in on the cake without it ripping. It's like when you try to make a day color yourself and the fondant becomes too soft and unstable. I use many a lot and I am at my wit's end. Has anyone had this trouble? How did you fix it?

1) Try adding Tylos or cornstarch to it  2) Maybe you can just use white and air brush it Navy  3) if you have the time, take it back and show them how it is acting and replace it.

I missed this post -- I had the same problem using black -- I would knead it and leave it to air dry for a while then knead that in and repeat until it dried enough to hold --
