Hey everyone, I’m on the fence I don’t know what to do! Do you guys refrigerate your rosette cakes when you are done with them or do you just put them in a cool place?  I have high anxiety right now because the last rosette cake I did all the roses fell on the side I’m trying to prevent that again!

It’ll be just fine in the fridge

I’m taking it to a party at 2 o’clock tomorrow when should I take it out of the fridge? Right before I leave or a little bit before?

I fridge all of my cakes because my house stays on the warmer side all of the time. You could leave it in the fridge until you're ready to leave. At the party, cake is usually somewhere in the middle so it will have plenty of time to come back to room temp.

I agree with everyone above, refrigerate and remove just prior to departure.  I refrigerate all of my cakes.
