I have a cake due Saturday, can I do the drip 2 days in advance and be ok by Saturday. Also, 1 bag of candy melts (wilton) and 1/2 a cup of heavy cream to make the drip? thanks in advance.

I’m not sure about portions for Wilton’s truffle coating recipe, but they do have a recipe that’s just a google away! And absolutely can do it in advance and be just fine.
