Hi,

I have a home bakery and am going to have a booth in an event and need help on estimating how many items to bake. I am going to have 4 different cupcakes - both mini and regular, brownies, sugar cookies and rice treats. The event is a 5k walk to raise money for research and is very family friendly. 

If anyone has any recommendations or advise, I'd greatly appreciate it!

You will need to have some idea of how many people are expected to attend.  Otherwise I'd just bake up as much as I could w/o going insane and when it's gone it's gone.  You don't say if you are selling these.  Do you get any of the money or is it all going to the research?  If it's all going to them, just do what you can afford or what you would have given if you gave $$.
