So I saw a video on molding chocolate underwater. I want to make these for mother’s day as a cupcake topper. Look up making chocolate underwater and it is the one by INSIDER. Do you guys think this is possible?

Well, since the chef did it.......yes, it's possible.  It looks like a neat technique.  I didn't listen to the video, but I think you'd need some practice to get the consistency of the melted chocolate and the temp of the water just right, but it looks like it would be fun.
