Hello! I saw a video where a cake decorator was using a large tip that had a slit/opening all along the side. It created a really nice ruffle effect. He kept his hand in the same position with steady pressure and just spun the cake quickly. I cannot find it online anywhere can anyone help me?

Search for Russian piping tips and ruffle piping tips.

(If you'd like a double-sided ruffle with a seam in between both, a leaf tip will produce a ruffle with heavy pressure.)
