Hello! Has anyone had success with using white chocolate (specifically candy melts) to do an embroidery design on decorator's frosting? I'm doing a wedding cake in May and the bride prefers not to have fondant, so that means I can't use royal icing for the design. I've practiced with the chocolate on wax paper and as long as I worked quickly in sections it looked good. My concern is, will it fall off of the cake from the oils in the frosting?

what is decorator's frosting?

and I never have used white choco for this -- but choco is fat -- has a ton of fat in it so that would be compatible -- don't you think?
