I haven't done cake decorating for a lot of years.

My cake has whipped cream on it.  I bought some fondant, but I haven't used it.  I was just wondering how long

I can keep it I haven't opened.  If anybody has any suggestions for decorating my cake, like around the bottom I

would appreciate it.  Also, can I make decorations and freeze them to use them later.

I also bought Wilton decorator icing, can I freeze that, I already opened.
