Are there any vegan bakers/cake decorators out there? I have been baking and decorating cakes for a long time now but I have recently gone vegan. I basically stopped doing any fun baking and decorating for a little while. I am now looking to start getting back into this! I know I can find a lot of actual baking recipes online easily, but I was wondering more about the actual decorating part! What are some good vegan fondants, icings, are all sprinkles vegan, etc!

There is an amazing commercial kitchen rental in my are and I was looking at maybe starting something on the side and then went vegan and thought that idea went out the window. But now I think I would like to figure out how to make my same stuff, but vegan, and do something on the side with that :D Any help would be AMAZING
