I need some sponge cake recipes without eggs. The customers are not vegan - dairy and apf is ok in the cake. 

So far my attempts has been not very successful - the cake does not raise well. 

Can anyone give me a foolproof sponge cake recipe that raises well, without the eggs?

Are there any websites with that kind of recipes which are good?
