Hello , 

i have to make white candied apples apples and I am not sure what coloring to use . I can not find a chef masters white coloring that will work for candied apples . Can anyone recommend anything because I know I can’t use gel coloring or it’ll have specs  ? 

There are heaps of tutorial out there for doing coloured candy apples, for all the pastel ones they start out with white colouring and seem to have solid colouring.

Sugar is pretty cheap so why not just make up a small batch with white food colouring and see what you think.
