Hello! I have been making Five Flavor Pound Cakes for decades. They taste amazing, but are some of the ugliest cakes EV-UHHHH! Usually they sink down in the middle, but do NOT produce a heavy streak. The sides stick and then once turned out of the pan, the crust falls off the sides in places. I have literally tried everything I can think of with this cake. People adore it and don't care that it is ugly, but I care. Anyone out there made this cake successfully? I'd love to chat about it.
