Cream Cheese Flavoring??

Does anybody know if there is a way to make a flavoring that tastes like cream cheese?  I have to travel with a red velvet cake and they want cream cheese frosting, but I'm leery of the frosting spoiling.  It may have to sit out a couple days.  I can't refrigerate it.  Any suggestions?

lorann oils makes a cream cheese flavor here:

I use the Lorann cream cheese flavoring all the time, alone and in combination with other flavorings and it is great.
