hey everyone!! I will be a vendor at my first event called shop the square here in Tennessee. This is the second annual event, last year they had 1800 people. I will be the only baked goods vendor. I will have 3 different pies, 2 different cupcakes, 2 different breads, 2 different fudges, 2 different brownies, muddy buddies and coffee. Pies will be sold whole, cupcakes sold singular, bread at 1lb each, fudge sold in pieces ( not sure how many per bag), brownies sold singular, and muddy buddies a sold a cup per bag. Soooo how many of each item should I plan to make. my event is the 25th and I need help!!

Boy is that hard to estimate!  Many times such events are look only people - just out for the day and not really out to shop.  My thought would be to have about 2 dzn ea flavor pies & breads (are the breads savory or sweet?); probably around 200 cuppies ea;  brownies - maybe 10 dzn;  and fudge - as much as you can make :)   Any way that's my suggestion.
