I have a customer that wants me to make the top tier pattern all over the wedding cake. And I can't figure out how to get that look with the buttercream that I use which is buttercream dream.  Anyone know how to achieve this look?  Looks easy enough,  but I've tried everything.  My round part doesn't look rounded.    Do you pipe first, then drag?

Are you referring to the white wedding cake top tier or the chocolate one?
