Help Needed Asap! Geletin On Fondant

Help!

I'm making a cake that has a puddle of water on it and i need to know if i can make the water out if geletin and put it directly on the findant iced cake????

I don't water my fondant turning to mush from the geletin, can anybody help???

I've never used gelatin, but I've made a swimming pool (out of fondant) and filled it with piping gel.  Worked perfectly.

yeah i vote piping gel too -- easy peasy
