Piping An Animal Cake - Easy? Time Consuming?

Hey y'all,
Someone has just asked me to make them a fox cake for the son's second birthday. I would like to but I am also a busy person and was not planning on making cakes anytime soon (this is my off season lol). I am assuming she wants a fox cake like this - Have any of you made a cake with this much piping before? Is it time consuming? Is it easy to replicate? How much frosting would I need?
I wouldn't count myself as a beginner, I have been baking for the past 6 years and have made two wedding cakes, however, I have never done something with this much piping.
Thank you!!

Okay, awesome! So I can trust it ;) I get so frustrated sometimes when people post unrealistic/vague tutorials and the result isn't nearly the same

Could I use a star tip intead of a grass tip?

I would use the grass tip #233. Very easy to do just time consuming with all the piping. You will fly though this one!!! Easy peasy!!!

you want to be sure to use looser icing that will still stand up but not be too stiff to pipe out of the bag -- also i recommend using small amounts in the bag so you don't wear out your arm holding something heavy and so you have an easy time piping -- not having to push through a ton of icing -- cute cake
best to you
