I have a customer that wants me to make a cake that's "flour les" .  need help - Any ideas ??  thank you .

They do have gluten free cake recipes for people with celiac disease. Is that what you are talking about? I have even seen box cakes at Walmart that are gluten free made by Pillsbury.
