Flat Bottom Cellophane Bags For Individual Cupcake

Hi all!
I am planning to sell individual cupcake in an upcoming trade show I will be attending. I am thinking to pre-wrap each cupcake in a flat-bottom gusseted cellophane bag. I've been shopping around online and the cheapest one I've seen is about $0.20 each. I am trying to keep cost for the bag at $0.15 each. Anyone knows a good wholesale for those bags? Looking at dimensions of 4"x4"x9" or 4"x4"x7". Thanks.
