Hi I need to make a peaches and cream cake that can be frozen. Can be fresh but preferable canned peaches as fresh is difficult to come by. My question is can I freeze the cake or will the peaches get mushy or icy or will it be ok? Any tips will be appreciated.
Once a cake is baked there should be no problem even with fruit in the batter. If you are using the peaches as filling then, no it should not be fzn. OR I suggest you mix up some & fz a small quantity to see how it fares.
