Hi!!
I have a large Moana cake for pickup Friday Evening (party is on Saturday). The cake has Strawberry Buttercream, real strawberries puréed. I filled the cake this evening and will be covering with fondant tomorrow and decorate tomorrow/Friday morning. I do this with all my cakes (3 days) but concerned about the strawberry buttercream. Will it be ok with keeping it in fridge?
