Hi 

I am planning to use Isomalt for the first time and would like to know how far in advance can one make Isomalt decorations. I am not planning to use dessicant bags, as I dont get them handy here. ´Rather I would be storing the decorations in ziplock and airtight container. Would that be ok? How are the general timelines for making these decorations. 

The same question for Sugar Candy decorations as well - I understand they cant be kept for long as sugar would absorb water. How far in advance can one make them then? Would 2-3 days be too much?
