How do I find out what type of business license I need to sell cake toppers on etsy? I asked my cottage food lady and she said it wouldn't cover me for selling out of Utah. Could my normal business license through the city be good enough?
I have read you can do cake toppers if they are labeled not edible. I have an idea for something I want to sell for cakes but it couldn't be labeled as not edible. I don't want to give away my idea because I have a feeling it might take off, hopefully! Lol
