If you are in the US, be careful, because many of the Rolkem products use ingredients that are either unapproved, or outright banned, by the FDA.
I've researched this and also spoken to a major US manufacturer of food coloring products, who said to me, if I could make those to pass FDA regulations, don't you think I'd be doing it?.....
