So I have a bride that wants to do pies for her wedding instead of cake. She just emailed me to set up a tasting. She wants to try blueberry, pumpkin, and apple.
How would you go about a tasting for pie?
I usually just do 9" pies and I don't do small pies.

Why not just serve a small slice removed from the 9" pie? You can always save the rest for your family to enjoy.
