So I think it's time to invest in a fondant roller.  You know, like a pasta roller, so I don't have to keep doing it by hand.  What do you all use?  I've heard that Atlas Pasta Machine is great and I'm pretty sure KitchenAid makes one to go on the mixer.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I use the kitchen aid attachment and I love it.  I think it has 10 different thickness settings so you can really customize the thickness you want.  I bought the pack of 3 attachments--it had the roller, a fettuccine cutter and a spaghetti cutter-I believe its a better deal than if you buy all 3 separately.

I agree the KA is a good one if you have the mixer.

Thank you both.  It looks like my KA is going to get a new attachment!  grimacing
