I've been asked if I can make french macarons for a wedding. Before I give my answer, I wanted to know how I would price everything. 

How would I price a big order of French Macarons?? (How much per macarons, number of flavors wanted, etc)

The answer is not as cut and dry or direct as you might think. There are so many factors involved. Where I live, bakeries easily get $4.00 for a (one) basic flavor macaron. 

My local bakery sell them at $30 for one dozen one flavor. 

I guess calculate your costs and go from there? Remember that almond flour is pretty pricey!
