My daughter is getting married on July 12th in North Carolina and the wedding is outside. Can someone tell me the best fondant to hold up in the hot weather? I usually use marshmallow fondant but I'm afraid it will melt in the heat. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
My advise for the cake, in July in the south, is to keep it refrigerated or in an air conditioned area until the last minute...when the bride and groom get ready to cut the cake. I know of no sugar product which will hold up outdoors with our heat and humidity.
