Hi, 

My son's birthday party is tomorrow and it's going to be very humid. I planned to bake the cake tonight and ice tomorrow before party starts at 3. How do I stop cake from sweating overnight and then the whole thing decorated before the party. We don't have central air just window units.  Help! 

Sorry you didn't get a more timely reply :)  By now you have probalby finished the cake.   How did things go for you?  I haven't delt w/high humidity so I really couldn't have helped much.
