Cakers advice please! I need to make a fondant covered Strawberry Shortcake cake for this weekend. Customer will be serving it on Sunday but picking up on Saturday. Considering I need time to decorate it, it will be put together and decorated on Friday. My question is the whipped cream! I will be stablizing it with gelatin, but will it hold up this long? From Friday till serving on Sunday?
And yes, cake will be dammed and frosted in buttercream
