Hello,

I have to make cupcakes for Saturday at 10am, but I have to work at 8am. I want to make my cupcakes today (Friday), and leave them on the counter overnight. I will frosted it Saturday morning. I'm making Strawberries cupcakes. My recipe say to just slice the strawberries, and then mixing into the batter. I'm scare that if I made my cupcakes the strawberries would be bad if I leave them on the counter.  I would like your opinion please. Should I made the cupcakes, and they still taste good?

Thank you in advance :)

A few hours isn't going to hurt them. I've left mine out before, several times with no issues. If you're still not sure, or uncomfortable about it, throw them in the fridge.
