So I need to figure out an alternative mix for my white cake. I will be doing between 50-60 1/4 sheets weekly. I normally use 4th but buying little boxes is not happening. Lol! So In was scrolling trying to find a bulk white cake That is moist and has a great flavor. I saw pillsbury has a 50lb mix as well. Anybody ever use pillsbury's creme cake bulk mix? Any great ones you suggest? I will be using them in full sheet pans. TIA guys!

I started to reply then saw you meant dh instead of Pilsbury - too bad.  I had experience w/Pillsbury some 8-10 yrs ago and it was great once I figured out *exactly* how to mix it up.  There is/was a trick to it!  but......don't ask me to explain now - it's been too long ago for me to remember.
