Help! Have a cake ready to be decorated tomorrow and delivered Tuesday. Just got a call, these are very good firends I am doing it for. There will be 75 people instead of 50. Luckily I have a cake frozen so that will do the trick for servings. The problem now is design change. I was working with cakes 5" high, the tier diameters are 10", 7" and 5". The cake I am adding is also 10". How do I add this without having a 10" high tier?

Obviously you can't add this cake to your main cake, so decorate it as a complimentary satellite cake.  It can be displayed along side the main cake, or be kept in the kitchen to be cut and served when needed.
