I know we all have different perspective about what is a perfect Vanilla cupcake . To those who have been baking & selling cupcakes for years im sure you get lots of compliments & complaints. My question is, what is it that most of your costumers want in a Cupcake base on your experience? Sould it be slighty dense, soft  or Airy & Fluffy? Thank you guys! :)

it should just be real good -- everybody likes a good cupcake and every body has a different opinion -- there is no one exact best -- make it as good as you can --

I hear that a moist and fluffy cupcake that still has volume are the best cupcakes.
