Craftsy Or Youtube?

Are craftsy classes worth the money or should I stick with YouTube videos (free)

YouTube is amazing. And free. When you finish looking at all the YouTubes, then head over to Craftsy. blush

There are free videos  and stuff also on Craftsy......I'm  watching one now on painting on cakes.....

I like YouTube, but find that many of the videos I click on have too much personal chatter, which I don't care for since I have very little time.  I prefer Craftsy because it's all about the topic - plus, I can download the recipes (course materials) instead of being directed to the youtuber's website and signing up for a newletter to get the recipe or info I want.

As a beginner, I have found MyCakeSchool.com to be very helpful.  It's an annual subscription and Melanie provides many techniques that I have used as a jump-off point.
