Hi,
I am looking to research a new oven in my condo. I want it for my baking business. My current oven takes a long time to heat up, and also longer to bake. But I also want to be able to use it for regular cooking.
I've heard about the double ovens where the bottom is convection but keep in mind I don't know much about appliances so if you have experience using an oven for the same purposes that I do and love it, I'd love the make and model.
