Also how much would you charge if it were to feed 75 people, no flowers, with gold sprinkle / detail?

Dim not certain but to me it looks like fondant that has been layered on and folded or flipped over to create the ruffled effect . Very pretty . I don't know what price though I live in a very small town people won't pay what they do in cities . Best of luck to you hope you get more feedback as to the price .
