I know that I can not ship cakes or sell online, but if I used a commercial kitchen at times, would I be allowed to do so then? Would I need a separate Facebook page, website for that?
Sorry if the question is unclear, not sure how to proceed or separate the two. I have a gazillion questions.

In Michigan you aren't allowed to bake out of a commercial kitchen ever if you'required baking/selling as a Cottage Food business... you have to pick one or the other - Cottage Food or Licensed. Not sure about Texas... but likely the same.
