Please can some one help me my grandson would like me to build him a cake like his paw paw's peterbuilt I have seen 100's of pictures but no instructions anywhere how do you make tires? please help

Make a silicone mould using a toy truck tire. Try to find a solid tire so none of the silicone seeps through the spokes during moulding.
