Hello, I am a big fan of the vanilla recipe and have made it several times.

I was thinking of making cookies for Thanksgiving and was wondering if anyone had a pumpkin version of the recipe?

Also, if there are any other flavor variations anyone is willing to share as well? Chocolate, maple, cranberry, peanut butter?
