Hi this is my first time baking a 2 tier fondant cake. The cake sizes are 6in and 8 inches. The customer want a basic piped floral design around the sides and she wants gumpaste flowers on the top. Are much should I charge?

That should yield about 40 servings. What do you usually charge per serving? I think the average these days is around $4 or $5 - so k8 is right w/her suggestion.
