Hi-
I was just curious what type of cake drums (color-wise) that everyone uses on gold cake stands. Ive been in the market looking around to get a new gold wedding cake stand yet I can only seem to find "antique gold" stands. My cake drums that I use for my wedding cakes are a brighter gold and to be honest, it bothers me that they are not the same. If anyone has link to stands and/or cake drums they use and love, please comment! Thanks!

I normally cover my drums with fondant and then put a ribbon around the edge so one can't tell the colour anyway. But if it bothers you, why don't you (spray) paint the stand in the gold you want? Since the cake is not touching the stand it should be okay...
