I can see that things are different, but how is the cake ruined?  It's still a nice cake??

She waited two days to complain because they opened the checks and presents and realized the would still have $XXXX in credit cards bills AFTER they cashed the gift checks....so time to hit the vendors for refunds.

Like a PP said, the wandering complaints ones are the ones just making it up for some cash... and they will still trash you.

She gets ZERO from me. As "cakers", we are all looking for that little defect or bulge. As a guest, I was served yummy cake that was nice looking and photographed through all the standard wedding customs, I am sure. They bumped it, moved it, "fixed" it, or some kid ran by and grabbed the cool flowers when someone told them they were made of sugar...lol
