Jeff -- wow 600 acres and still close to town how cool is that -- beautiful spread -- do you rent out the land or do you farm too? Horses?
Oh my Lizzy!! What a wonderful looking place to live! - I bet you haven't investigated all of those wonderful looking old buildings! If I would ever have a chance to visit there I bet I would never be able to tour even 1/10 of them
Wonderful seeing where everyone lives. I live in Texas in Conroe which is just north of Houston. I work in the Medical Center in Houston. So I know about sitting in traffic. It is hot humid and hot. The roads are always under construction.
We don't farm to the extent it once was. We raise hay in the bottoms along the river and we also keep horses and a few cattle.
marion -- those are killer pictures -- that water looks so inviting after sitting in the hot traffic with you -- hahahaha
Lol, Kakeladi, most of those buildings are just normal flats and offices (a couple of hotels, too) :-) Not much touring to be done! Although I do need to go back to the art centre at some point.
Currently living on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio
