Choosing Aztek Airbrush, Plus Accessories

Hi all-
Hope everyone’s had a good weekend so far!
I own a small baking business that I run in my home kitchen, making everything from cookies to chocolate truffles to custom cakes. While I’ve used an airbrush, I’ve never owned one, but I decided I’d rather save money and eventually buy a top-of-the-line model, instead of buying an airbrush immediately, but one that I’ll eventually want to upgrade. After saving for a LONG TIME, I’m finally at the point where I can start to look around for the Aztek airbrush and compressor (AC200 model) I’ve chosen. I’ll use it for both cake decorating and for colored cocoa butter, to make transfer sheets, mostly for chocolate truffles
My question is about the airbrush/other equipment I’ll need besides the compressor. Originally I was looking at this, a wooden case with a variety of accessories, until I realized there’s a bunch of acrylic paint, which would just be wasted. So it looks like I’ll need to buy everything separately. One of the reasons I chose the Aztek is because it doesn’t have a needle that could break and need to be replace, it’s user friendly, easy clean-up, you can use cocoa butter, and I love the idea of switching out the little color cups relatively easily.
So I’m thinking maybe I should buy this, then other accessories?
Also, what else will I need to buy/is there a starter ‘kit’ that would be appropriate for cake decorators?
Lastly, did anyone think about buying an Aztek airbrush (or compressor, for that matter), but choose another option for reasons other than $$$? If so, why, and what did you choose?
Thanks everyone, hope you have a good night!
i imagine you have already seen this but i found this review perfectly amazing:

most of my cake life 'airbrush' meant kopykake -- we also just called them sprayers-- I've never used a single action I guess --
i went to work at this one place that used an industrial type airbrush not particularly recommended for food certainly not fda approved -- which now that I said that I don't know specifically that kopykake are but I imagine so because everybody uses them -- I should go look that up --
but I've had a kopykake for a long time -- I'm not super painter girl though --
then after I used that more industrial one I bought one of those but I never used mine -- but at the shop it did spray out waddy things like highlighter without a hitch -- but I always had that little nagging thought about the food safety issue --
as far as the Aztec itself that guy in the link has it all down pat -- I have a Wagner paint sprayer I've used exclusively for cocoa butter but not for edibles just practice -- it's amazing that the aztec can spray cocoa butter --
the non-needle part is also intriguing/enticing because I stabbed myself viciously accidently with that dang thing once -- omg brutal
which is one good reason I don't get the agbay and just keep using my long cake knife ![]()
oh and I always thought that the bottle hanging off the bottom would interfere but it really doesn't -- and on the other hand the open cup on top of the kopykake I thought would slosh out all my ink but it doesn't -- so there's that --
and there's an advantage somewhat to storing paint in all the different bottles but it's no biggie to making it as needed either -- plus we're mixing this stuff all the time anyway -- so for gold and silver it's cool to have bottles for all the other colors except black it's not a handy thing because you'll just have to pour it out and remix to the color/shade you want anyway kwim
