Can anyone point me in the direction of any "how to's" with a cake that will be just a name? my step gs, want the name of a wrestler John Cena for his cake, I really don't know how to go about doing it. TIA

Google "alphabet cake pans" and you'll see how it's done.  They are baking form pans, but with multiple uses and not terribly expensive.  At least you would not waste a lot of batter with cutting letters out of a sheet cake.
