I have a wedding cake to make in a couple weeks , they want the ruffled roses on the side of the cake with the filler ruffles. the cake will be pound cake with ABC under fondant, then the ruffles roses. To make the roses stick you use fondant glue on the undersides of them, but my question is....will they travel well without sliding down the cake? They have to travel for an hour in an air conditioned SUV.Should I let them set overnight before transporting? Thank you all and any advice.
