Hi everyone... I'm new to this particular website but semi-new to decorating.

I made this gumpaste tiara for a baby shower cake topper needed for June 11th. My first one was dry enough to take off the paper towel "mold" but cracked and broke when I picked it up today (it had about a days worth of drying time).

Any tips for how to make sure this dries completely? I have it stored uncovered in a closet right now..

I try and let mine dry for a week if possible. the longer the better.

When I'm short on time I dry mine in the oven, with the oven light on. Make sure you do not turn on the oven. I store my finished pieces in cardboard boxes like new shoe boxes with Silica Gel Desiccant packs  (food grade moisture absorbing bags).
