How To Write In White On Black Fondant

I need some help, I have to make a jack Daniels cake and I am not sure how some nice cake I saw how they made the label so nice and neat. I did asked some of the decorators who made these cakes , but not lucky, no responses.

I did one and I cut the larger letters out of white fondant and piped on the smaller ones.

I don't have so small letter cutters. I might have to paint on the black with white food color, just concerned about the black bleeding into the white .

You can trace your design beforehand by snapping a piece of white candy wafer in half and marking the design onto the black fondant before painting it with the white.
