Does anyone have experience using Evil Cake Genius' lace cake stencils?

I purchased their Alecon Lace stencil for a wedding cake I have upcoming......

Can I get advice on the icing consistency......should I add Tylose to it??.....any pot holes I should avoid??

Any and all advice appreciated :)

Here is a pic of how the stencil should look by the company...

Go on their site...they have videos on using their stencils.  My stencils also came with great printed directions and hints.  When I use stencils on fondant I like to use almost stiff royal icing... practice  on a board from very stiff to slightly stiff icing  on well the stencil comes out.  I go one direction always .. that works for me.

That is one beautiful cake!

Generally I find stiff RI works best for me and I also only go in one direction and keep her spinning on the turntable.

I'd love to see this completed when you get around to it x
